Packing Requirements
- If you are doing packing on your own, please ensure every item intended for moving is packed in securely sealed boxes.
- Breakable items, including TVs, must be boxed. If you don’t have the original box for your TV, we can supply one at an extra fee.
Payment Methods
- We accept only cash and credit/debit cards.
- Personal checks are not accepted.
- Credit card transactions incur a 3% convenience fee.
Booking Duration
- The booked time isn’t a confirmation that the move will be fully completed within it.
- Moves vary based on the amount of belongings and how well-prepared a customer is.
- Reach out to our office for guidance on estimating the duration and the number of movers required.
Special Items
- If you own glass or marble tables, let us know. We’ll guide you on prepping them for the move.
- We don’t assemble or disassemble play sets or baby cribs for children’s safety reasons.

Additional Information You Need To Know
- Expect professional, trained movers who will disassemble and reassemble your furniture at no extra charge. No additional fees for stairs!
- While we don’t impose added fees for hefty items, there are exceptions. For instance, gun safes above 500 pounds and baby grand pianos or larger. Any doubts? Our customer service is here to assist.
- We ensure your furniture is protected by padding and shrink-wrapping it.
- Need assistance with attic items? Our team is ready to help, whether it’s bringing items down or moving them up in the new place.
